Test Results

All results are actioned by your treating doctor. Please make a follow-up appointment. If you have not heard back within 14 days, call reception.

Investigation Results

Discuss with your doctor how results will be communicated. Reception can arrange a follow-up.

Home Visits

Available for regular patients who are unable to attend the practice. Subject to doctor availability and discretion.

Reminders & Recalls

We operate a computerised reminder system for routine follow-ups such as pap smears or blood tests. Please inform the doctor if you wish to be added or removed.

Care Plans & Health Assessments

Provide a framework for overall wellbeing and management of chronic disease. Reviewed every 3–6 months. EPC referrals may provide access to 5 Medicare-subsidised allied health sessions annually.

Aged Care

Annual health assessments are provided for patients aged 75+. We assist with safe living, medication reviews, and visits to local aged care facilities.

GP-Telehealth

Phone consultations are available. Common uses include sickness due to infection, prescriptions, test requests, advice on chronic illnesses, and medical certificates.

Specialist Telehealth

Your doctor can facilitate a Telehealth referral to specialists. Assistance with booking and in-clinic access is available.

Mental Health Team

GP-led mental health support is available and bulk billed. Includes access to bulk-billing Telehealth Psychologists and a Psychiatrist.

Skin Cancer Clinic

Led by Dr Ayngkaran and Dr De Silva. Focused on prevention, screening, and treatment.

Wound Clinic

Operates Monday and Thursday mornings from 8:30am to 10:00am. Run by a GP and nurse team.

Pre-Employment Medicals

Range of assessments including BMI, hearing, lung function, vision, drug & alcohol testing, and clinical examination.

Medical Students

As a teaching practice, medical students may sit in on your appointment. You will be advised beforehand and can opt out.

Online Booking & Reminders

Book via AMS Connect. SMS reminders and recalls sent. Patients can opt out.

Abusive Behaviour Policy

Abusive behaviour toward staff or doctors will not be tolerated. Such patients may be asked to leave the practice.
