If you consent to receiving SMS reminders you will receive an SMS reminder. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify reception as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
All new patients require a long consultation for the first appointment.
If you feel you need a longer consultation time with your doctor please feel free to advise the reception staff at time of making the appointment.
We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that the scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Bulk billing applies to all patients who hold a valid Medicare card on all eligible item numbers as set out by Medicare. Please note some Medicals are NOT covered by Medicare and will attract a fee. Please speak with our friendly reception team for further information.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have recently been tested, or have travelled interstate or overseas, please call us instead of attending the practice. Phone consultations can be arranged.
