All results are actioned by your treating doctor. OMC will contact you by SMS (if consent if provided) or by telephone on behalf of your doctor if they wish to follow up the results of your test. If you have not heard back from our practice after 14 days please call our friendly reception team to arrange a follow up appointment if you wish to speak with your doctor.

We operate a computerised reminder system for routine follow-ups such as pap smears or blood tests. Please inform the doctor if you wish to be added or removed.
Provide a framework for overall wellbeing and management of chronic disease. Reviewed every 3–6 months. GPCCMP (Chronic condition management plan) referral may provide access to 5 Medicare-subsidised allied health sessions annually. Annual health assessments are provided for patients aged 75+. We assist with safe living, medication reviews, and visits to local aged care facilities.
Phone consultations are available for patients who meet the eligibility criteria as set out by Medicare
Your doctor can facilitate a Telehealth referral to specialists. Assistance with booking and in-clinic access is available.
GP-led mental health support is available and bulk billed. Includes access to bulk-billing Telehealth Psychologists and a Psychiatrist.
OMC partner with Wise Health Skin to offer patients full, comprehensive, on-site skin checks and treatment for Skin Cancer and skin cancer removal. Please note some consultations may attract a fee. Please speak with our friendly reception team for further information..

As a teaching practice, medical students may sit in on your appointment. You will be advised beforehand and can opt out.
