Dr Bala completed his medical degree in 2010 and gained valuable experience in general practice before moving to Australia in 2018. Since then, he has worked in Emergency Medicine across several busy metropolitan hospitals, mainly at Fairfield Hospital. These roles have helped him develop strong clinical skills, a calm and practical approach to acute care, and a deep commitment to patient-centred medicine.
With a solid foundation in Emergency Medicine, Dr Bala is now excited to begin the next chapter of his career as a Rural General Practitioner. He looks forward to using his emergency care experience to support rural healthcare and bring a comprehensive, compassionate approach to general practice.
After many years in city hospitals and emergency departments, Dr Bala is embracing the opportunity to live and work in this beautiful country town. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, holistic care and building long-term, trusted relationships with his patients.
